SPINE AND BACK

WHAT IS A SPINE AND BACK PAIN?

The spine is the pillar of our body. It is built of 24 vertebrae, and between them are some intervertebral discs or discs that relieve pressure on the spine, reduce loads and allow it to move. Muscles and ligaments, abdominal and thigh muscles, and hip muscles are also important for smooth bending and rotation of the spine. The most sensitive parts of the spine are the cervical and lumbar parts because they are also the most mobile. That is why pains in these parts of the spine are the most common.
